School bus accident in Texas: 2 dead, 18 injured

A major accident involving a school bus, a car and a truck occurred in Texas - 2 people were killed and 18 schoolchildren were injured.

The cause of the accident was that the truck drove into the oncoming lane, and the bus driver was forced to curb to the side to avoid a collision, reports NBC.

But it was not possible to completely avoid the accident, the wagon struck the bus on the left side, as a result of which it fell on the right side, after that the wagon collided with the car following the bus. The woman leading him and the truck driver died.

On the bus were members of a sports team from a state school, and one of their coaches was driving behind them. 18 teenagers from 32, who were on the bus, were hospitalized, one of them had to be sent to the hospital by helicopter due to serious injuries.
