An American tried Ukrainian food for the first time: the dishes caused him a strong reaction

The American blogger came to Lviv (Ukraine), tried borscht and lard there, and then shared his impressions with his subscribers. Writes about it TSN.

The blogger of the popular YouTube project Geography Now, who arrived from Los Angeles (California) in Ukraine, tried lard with borscht for the first time.

While visiting Lviv, he discovered Ukrainian cuisine, which not only surprised the American guest, but also completely coincided with his gastronomic tastes.

Before tasting the lard, the blogger told his audience that he was going to eat "pork fat with greens." And he boasted that they brought him a very beautifully decorated butter.

After tasting the fat, the American was delighted and said that he was very fond of "fat-rich salty food."

The traveler then tasted Ukrainian borscht and said "it's just incredible."

After that, the overseas guest tried veal tongue with Carpathian mushrooms. He also appreciated this dish. Acquaintance with Ukrainian cuisine, not very Ukrainian steak, has ended. According to the American, he was very juicy and just "on a different level."
