American hasn't washed 12 for years to grow good bacteria on body
Chemist David Whitlock of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology came to the conclusion that the daily shower along with the dirt removes its natural protection from the body - useful bacteria.
Whitlock believes that our ancestors had an enviable health due to the fact that they washed rarely and, more importantly, without using gels and other personal care products of unnatural origin.
Whitlock himself stopped taking a shower about 12 years ago and does not miss him.
Instead of scrubbing the body with a soapy washcloth, it applies bacteria to itself that help the skin regain its natural balance.
Convinced of the correctness of the chosen path, the chemist founded the company AOBiome, which is engaged in the release of the drug Mother Dirt (Mother Dirt).
The very idea that personal care products are not so necessary is confirmed by various sources.
There are many examples of how tribes living in isolation and not enjoying any benefits of civilization do not have health problems. In addition, it was previously proven that antibacterial soap does not fight bacteria at all.
