Production Site Personnel Coordinator

City: New York

Duties:

• carry out operational planning of human and material resources within the production lines to fulfill production plans and performance indicators and utilize production capacity within the shift;
• ensure the fulfillment of tasks for the release of finished products;
• conduct regular audits of workplaces in sections of the production line in order to verify that employees comply with safety standards;
• upon detection of inconsistencies in the quality parameters of raw materials, intermediate and finished products, take measures to prevent repetition of these inconsistencies;
• timely investigate registered claims and delayed products on entrusted production lines, as well as complaints via the hotline from consumers.

Requirements:

• education – secondary technical or higher;
• cumulative experience in production - 3 years. Experience in food production
• is an advantage;
• experience in managing people from 1 year;
• experience in setting up equipment, launching new products, project management;
• knowledge of English at a basic level.
