Americans are more worried about their financial situation than ever
Americans are more worried about their financial situation than ever, and this affects the workflow. This is stated in the study of consulting company Workplace Options.
Of the 500 respondents working Americans, about 90 percent are concerned about their financial situation or family finances. This is seven percent higher than a year ago.
Almost seven out of ten working Americans said that several times a week they were overcome by the panic associated with money. 44 percentages stated that financial problems stress them daily.
Almost 70 percent of workers said they had to resolve their financial issues during working hours. And this is almost 10 percent more than a year ago. Just over a third of respondents said that they often or sometimes solve their financial problems at work.
