Thousands of people in northeastern America woke up on Friday morning without electricity, after the fatal winter storm Fortis brought a strong wind and more 60 cm of snow.
“Blizzard conditions were reported in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maine. Snow will continue to fall across northern New England on Friday, says weather.com meteorologist Linda Lam.
