British Southern Railway hired X-Numx-year-old teen Eddie to lead Twitter company account. This decision was made after repeated complaints of users about the clerical tone and frequent publication of information about incidents in Twitter.

Note that the British Southern Railway was often involved in scandals: strikes, train delays, passengers who were injured through the fault of the carrier. The company could not boast a competent PR in addressing such issues.
