Walmart changes its return policy for goods ordered online.
Online sales have divided retailers into two camps: leaders and losers, so Walmart changes the return policy.
Starting next month, customers will be able through a special application. Mobile Express Returns scan products that they want to return and bring them to the customer service office.
The company stated that when using the application, the return will take 35 seconds or even less.
“Refunds will be credited to customers' accounts the next day, and they will no longer have to ship their item and wait several days for an online return,” the organization explained in a press release.
Through the application Walmart You can also scan damaged goods for instant cost recovery. New technology can identify those who are trying to cheat the system.
Retailers believe that the cost of a quick return will be offset by an increase in sales.
