Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin responded to the United States and Europe for sanctions
Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Rogozin, on the air of the Sunday Evening program on the Russia 1 channel, responded to Europe and the United States to sanctions and the ban on visas, saying that tanks do not need visas.
“Tanks don’t need visas,” Rogozin said on the “Sunday Evening” program on the Rossiya 1 channel.
Relations between Russia and the West have deteriorated due to the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July, the EU and the United States moved from targeted sanctions against individual individuals and companies to measures against entire sectors of the Russian economy. In response, Russia restricted food imports from countries that have imposed sanctions on it: the United States, EU states, Canada, Australia, and Norway. The ban included beef, pork, poultry, sausages, fish, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and a number of other products.
Western countries since March 2014 have already imposed sanctions several times due to the position of Russia in Ukraine. The most recent use of this practice was the restrictions imposed in March 2015 of the year when Australia’s sanctions list was expanded.
