In Texas, a teenager was arrested who spat into a tea bottle and returned it to the store shelf

Apparently, the teenager has not learned anything from the story of a girl who licked ice cream in the store and can now go to jail for 20 years. An 15-year-old boy was arrested after spitting into a bottle of cold tea in the city of Odessa, Texas, and putting it back on the shelf.

Police reported that the 15-year-old teenager confessed to the store employee after an incident was recorded by the surveillance camera Fox News. He told police he took a sip and didn't like the drink because it tasted "horrible," so he allegedly returned it to the shelf.

The juvenile was charged with malicious misrepresentation of a consumer product, which is considered a "second-degree felony, or if serious bodily injury occurs, a first-degree felony," according to Texas law.

He was transferred to a juvenile detention facility in Odessa.

Recently, another teenager in Texas licked the contents of a container of Blue Bell ice cream and then put it back in the freezer at Walmart in Lufkin. She was later identified, police confirmed. A video filmed by a young man accompanying the girl went viral. For her act, she faces up to 20 years in prison.

The viral video inspired a man from Louisiana, who also took an ice cream container out of the refrigerator in the store, licked it and put it back, taking it all on video. But this man later stated that he did it only for shooting, and presented a receipt for the purchase of this ice cream. However, he was accused of hooliganism and illegal publication of video activities that violate the law.
