According to court documents, in November of last year, Boris Kotlyarsky met in a restaurant with the owner of one of the cargo companies in New Jersey. The name of the entrepreneur has not yet revealed. During the conversation Kotlyarsky said that they want to kill a man. A Russian businessman ordered the crime. The crime boss of Boris Nayfeld was supposed to execute the murder. The life of an entrepreneur from New Jersey was estimated at $ 125 thousand.

The victim decided to go to law enforcement. All further meetings have already been supervised by FBI officers. The investigation even has recordings from surveillance cameras as evidence.

As a result, to hush up the case, Boris Nayfeld demanded $ 50 thousand from the victim. A man wrote Nayfeld bank check for the specified amount. After the transfer of the paper, the FBI arrested Nayfeld. Later, Boris Kotlyarsky was taken into custody.
