The consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia put into operation Web sitethrough which every pensioner living abroad can submit to the consular office an application for the issuance of the necessary pension certificates, as well as an application to confirm the fact of being alive in order to continue paying the pension in the relevant period.
Preliminary transfer of your personal data will significantly reduce the time required to process the required documents when visiting a consular office.
