Uman law enforcement officers on the eve of the Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah distributed tablets with a program for automatic translation from Hebrew into Ukrainian.

In order to ensure law and order during Rosh Hashanah, Vladislav Pustovar, head of the regional police department, handed computers-tablets to the local patrol station. Gadgets have access to departmental bases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine through an encrypted communication channel 3G and are equipped with translators from Hebrew, the General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said in the Cherkasy region.

Information about events, photo and video files, orientation to intruders, identikits and other data will be received from the control center of the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region.
