Three children in Florida died, accidentally closing in the freezer

Three children from Live Oak (Florida) died on January 14 after they accidentally closed in the freezer and could not get out of there.

The freezer was on the street and was not connected, writes Fox News.

Children aged 1, 4 and 6 were playing in the courtyard for years when, for unknown reasons, they decided to get into the freezer that they had recently delivered to the owners of the house, but they did not have time to bring it inside.

An adult woman, whose name was not disclosed, was allegedly on the street while the children were playing. But shortly before the incident, she entered the house to use the toilet.

“When the woman returned to the yard, she could not find the children, so she woke up another woman, who was sleeping during the day as she was preparing to work the night shift, and the two of them began to search their and the neighboring yard, where no one lives, in the hope of finding the children.” , the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office said.

Women found children in the freezer after 30-40 minutes after the start of the search, by that time the kids were no longer breathing. Women quickly called 911 and started providing first aid to children.

Rescuers of the district of Suvanni took the children to a local hospital, but the doctors did not manage to save their lives, in the end all three died.

It was later established that when the children got into the freezer, its lid closed and the bolt went down, leaving the children trapped inside.

Currently, the police have no suspicions about women, although the investigation is still ongoing.
