Wendy's fast food chain has the fastest customer service through a drive-thru in the USA.
This is evidenced by the results of a study conducted by the magazine QSR.
On average, Wendy's auto café customers expect them to issue an order within 169,1 seconds.
The second place was taken by the Dunkin 'Donuts network, where the client, on average, is served in 181,03 seconds.
One of McDonald's most famous fast food chains makes its customers wait for 208,16 seconds. Order via the Starbucks drive-thru network can be obtained, on average, in 299,8 seconds.
However, speed does not always have a positive effect on accuracy. Wendy's is one of the last places on the correct execution of orders. This network has a figure in 86,9% correctly executed orders, with an average rate among other networks in 90%.
Carl's Jr. turned out to be the most careful in this regard. (96,7%) and Chick-Fil-A (94,5%). Panera Bread has the most inattentive staff at 82,6%.
The ranking is based on 1948 visits to restaurants that are included in the study.
