Putin worried about the mysterious collection of biomaterial from Russians

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that some people collect biological material from Russian citizens.

He said this during a meeting of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, reports Lenta.ru report.

During the meeting, Director of the Russian Public Institute for Electoral Law Igor Borisov said that someone using video surveillance systems collects images of Russians with unknown goals.

“Images, that's all right. You know that biological material is collected all over the country, ”Putin answered.

He added that the material is collected in different ethnic groups and in different regions of Russia.

“The question is: why are they doing this? They do it purposefully and professionally. We are such an object of great interest,” Putin said.

July 2017 Year Edition Russia Today, referring to the US government procurement website, wrote that one of the structures of the US Air Force placed a tender for the purchase of living tissues of Russians of the European race. The department allegedly needed samples of RNA molecules that are involved in the implementation of human genetic information, and synovial fluid that provides joint mobility.
