However, the Republican-controlled Congress of the United States has already made it clear that many of the initiatives of the outgoing president, for which he is proposing to spend American taxpayers' money, will not be accepted.

The Obama administration's proposed budget would cut the deficit by $2,9 trillion over 10 years, mostly through cuts to tax breaks for the wealthy and new savings schemes for health care programs. If the budget deficit for 2016 is $616 billion, then in 2017 it is planned to be reduced to $503 billion.

In addition, the draft budget of the United States laid the costs of ensuring the country's cybersecurity (about $ 19 billion) and research ($ 152 billion), including the fight against cancer.
