Named airlines with the most frequent flight delays
Employees of the British Consumer Association Which? conducted a study and found out which airlines delayed flights more often than others.
Experts analyzed flight delays of three hours or more from the UK and back for the period from June 2017 to June 2018. In the first place was the airline EasyJet, which together delayed 2618 departures, in second position - the Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair (1868 delay), and the third - the airline British Airways with 1668 delay.
Also, employees of the association have compiled a list of carriers that can postpone flights with the highest probability. They divided them into three groups: long flights, medium flights and short flights. In the first group, the leading position was taken by Norwegian (2,4 probability percent), in the second - Thomas Cook Airlines (1,2 percent), and in the third group - Icelandair (1,7 percent).
