The head of the Anti-Corruption Fund, Alexei Navalny, filed an administrative claim with the Tverskoy Court, where the defendant indicated Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the message, published by on the site of Navalny, it is said that the president violated the law “On Countering Corruption”

Navalny writes that he asks the court to "force its violations to be corrected."

The text says that Katerina Tikhonova is the daughter of the president. She is married to businessman Kirill Shamalov, whom Navalny calls the head of state’s son-in-law. Shamalovu, the head of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), points out, through Yauza 12 LLC, a large stake in the largest petrochemical enterprise in Russia - SIBUR.

Navalny claims that in this way the president conveyed to Shamalov “a part of the welfare of the people of Russia”.
