Model with Down syndrome will perform in New York during fashion week

Madeleine is from Australia and currently lives with her mother in Brisbane. Two contracts have already been signed with the girl: she will advertise Manifesta sportswear and everMaya bags. Stewart herself had previously stated that she wanted to work for the brands whose products she liked the most - Gucci, Versace and Forever 21.

In adolescence, Stuart, like many people with Down syndrome, suffered from overweight. But the dream of a catwalk helped her to exclude high-calorie foods from her diet, which helped her lose weight on 20 kilograms.

In the spring at the Fashion Week in New York appeared actress Jamie Brewer, also born with Down syndrome. She is known for her roles in the three seasons of the American Horror Story series. Brewer said that her example could inspire other girls with such a diagnosis to participate in fashion shows.
