Instant Voice Call Transfers from Skype

= Skype launches an instant voice call translation service. Skype has launched the Translator service, which allows real-time translation of speech during conversations.

Initially, the service will be available in six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Chinese and Spanish.

“Skype Translator helps you communicate with people from different countries, overcoming language barriers. Just set up a voice or video call and start communicating with a native speaker of another language,” the company promises.

ОThe main feature of Translator is machine learning: the more a person uses the service, the more correct the translation will work.

The company also launches automatic translation of text messages - this service will support more 50 languages.

A new feature will appear in the next few weeks on Windows platforms. A preliminary version of Translator can be downloaded from the Windows Store. When the feature will be available on other platforms, not reported.

Skype is an instant messaging and video calling service. Rights to the program belong to Microsoft.
