Mother 4 children are deported for illegal residence in the United States

In Ohio, a mother of four children who had illegally lived in the US 17 for years, was faced with a deportation on Tuesday, August 1. Less than two weeks after the authorities learned her illegal status after a routine check of documents, writes USA Today.

37-year-old Beatrice Morelos Casillas, with her husband and children, live in Penesville, 48 km northeast of Cleveland. Casillas was arrested for driving without a driver's license, after which the police learned that she was in the country illegally.

Casillas must be deported to the border state of Techalipas, Mexico, which is one of the most dangerous places in Mexico. Her children, 4 to 12, are US citizens and have never been outside the United States, said her husband, José Dezesus.

“She doesn’t have anyone in Mexico,” Desesus said. “Everything she has is all here... She is here to live the American dream.”

Her lawyer, Elizabeth Ford, said that US immigration laws would not allow Casillas to become a citizen when she was in the United States.

Rev. Steve Wellenga, pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Paynesville, is trying to rally people in support of Casillas.

The State Department, meanwhile, warned Americans to refrain from traveling to Tamaulipas.

“U.S. citizens are advised to postpone all non-essential travel to Tamaulipas due to an increase in violent crime, including murder, armed robbery, hijacking, kidnapping, extortion and sexual assault,” the alert said. “The number of reported kidnappings in Tamaulipas is one of the highest in Mexico.”

Thus, a man who was recently deported from Penesville was abducted by Mexican criminals, reports The Cleveland Plain Dealer. Francisco Narciso was released on Sunday evening after five days of beatings and starvation. He was released only after his girlfriend in Penesville transferred two payments in the amount of $ 4000, the newspaper said.
