Every fifth Israeli specialist returns from abroad before the expiration of the contract

According to a study conducted by Relocation Source, in 2015, every fifth Israeli specialist who left the contract abroad returned to his homeland before the expiration of the contract.

21% of the returnees were not finalized before the end of the contract due to professional inconsistencies, 17% due to cultural differences, 13% due to the inability to fit into the allocated budget, 13% due to the problems of family habituation to living in a new place.

It should be noted that the proportion of those returning earlier is constantly decreasing. In 2011, the contract was not fulfilled until the end of 38%, and since then this indicator has steadily decreased, reports The Marker.
