Georgian students supported Ukraine (video)

Georgian students shot a video in which they expressed their support for Ukraine and condemned the aggressive actions of the Russian Federation.

A video entitled “Students No to Occupation” was published on the website of the Free University of Tbilisi.

In their address, the young people remembered the accession of Georgia to the USSR in 1921, and the Holodomor in Ukraine, 1933, and large-scale executions of 1937.

“Our common enemy has proven many times that world peace is under threat. The threat to the world existed before we were born and still remains,” the appeal says.

Georgian students also expressed gratitude for support in a military conflict with Russia for Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

“Now you are at war. And when you are at war, we cannot live in peace,” they said.
