The State Department announced the training program for the Ukrainian military

The United States will be engaged in the training of servicemen of the Ukrainian army in the autumn of 2015. About this, as reported Reuters, said on Friday, July 24, US State Department spokesman Mark Toner.

Training of Ukrainian soldiers, according to Toner, will be held near the Polish border and will be an addition to the training program for soldiers of the National Guard. According to the diplomat, they are part of Washington’s long-term cooperation with Kiev and are organized on the initiative of the Ukrainian authorities.

Toner also said that in a year the United States had allocated a million dollars to support the 244 military. At the same time, he again ruled out the possibility of delivering lethal weapons to Kiev.

A multinational NATO exercise Saber Guardian / Rapid Trident-20 will be held at the Yavoriv Military Ground in the Lviv region from 31 to 2015 in July 2015. In the spring, on the same range, training began by American instructors of units of the National Guard of Ukraine. Now there are 305 military experts from the United States.
