The billionaire who wants to live forever shared the secret of rejuvenating food

As part of Project Blueprint, he follows a strict plant-based diet that includes a mix of hard and soft foods. What does a millionaire eat to look younger? Business Insider.
The centimillionaire made most of his fortune through the payment processing company he founded, Braintree, which he sold to eBay for $800 million in 2013.

Johnson now usually starts her day with a Green Giant smoothie, loaded with supplements. For lunch he can eat a plate of vegetables. And for dessert - fruit and nut pudding.

He admitted that the suggested recipes helped him get rid of cravings for unhealthy food.
In addition to her diet, Johnson takes dozens of supplements, exercises daily and undergoes regular medical tests, including blood tests and MRIs. This desire for youth even took him to a remote Caribbean island where he received injectable gene therapy at a cost of $25 per dose.
Johnson and his team of doctors say Project Blueprint helped him gain the skin of a 28-year-old, the heart of a 37-year-old and the lung capacity of an 18-year-old. Of course, these claims have not been independently verified, and there is fierce debate about what exactly “biological age” is.
Johnson recently posted step-by-step videos on his YouTube channel of several of his favorite recipes that he claims have anti-aging properties.
Johnson has a "super vegetarian" dish for lunch
The super veggie dish is a good way to get your veggies in and can be prepared in less than 20 minutes, Johnson said in a video of how to make it.
It's a bowl of cooked black lentils with boiled broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms, plus spices, aromatics and healthy fats.
According to Johnson, it takes him up to 34 minutes to prepare.
And since Johnson only eats from 06:00 to 11:00, he usually has lunch around 08:00.
