A resident of New York won the weekly payout of $ 5000 for the rest of her life. VIDEO
The direct marketing company Publishers Clearing House ran a sweepstakes where the winner could receive $5 a week for the rest of their life, or “forever,” as the terms say. The other day the company announced the name of the lucky girl - she was a resident of New York.
The company announced the drawing on February 28 - the award was called SuperPrize “Forever”, writes WSOCTV. On the same day, lottery representatives came to work for the winner, Crystal Crawford of Queens, who was shocked by her winnings.
It is curious that not only Crystal will receive 5 thousand a week - according to the terms of the lottery, she will have to choose a person who can continue this profitable “relay race” and receive the same amount into her account every week after the death of the first winner.
“I didn’t think it was real,” Crawford admitted.
According to her, Crystal has been playing this lottery for years and considered winning a pipe dream.
The woman told about her plans: she will spend the first check on new teeth. Crawford also intends to save money on training her son in college, the channel reports.
