In New York, the Russian woman died tragically

27-year-old Russian woman, cosmetologist Elena Gladkikh, having fallen from the 5 floor, died from injuries in a hospital in New York, writes NY Post.

A married woman and consultant to Mary Kay Cosmetics met the dawn with her lover on the roof of an 5-storey building in Manhattan, where she rented an apartment with her husband. Once locked on the roof, Elena called her husband and asked to unlock the door. While he was climbing, a young woman fell into a span between two houses in the 10 Avenue area and was stuck.

"She had no clothes on, just a bra and panties," said James Proctor, a doorman at a nearby building who witnessed the incident.

Arriving rescuers were unable to immediately get the woman out of the “trap.” They had to turn to Proctor for a ladder. A few minutes later, Elena was taken out and loaded onto an ambulance on a stretcher.

From her injuries, she died in Bellevue Hospital.

The man with whom Elena in her underwear met the dawn, said that he had met her in a restaurant. According to him, she was already drunk when they came to the roof. However, Elena still had six packs of beer with her.

The police, in turn, declares the absence of any signs of crime or suicide. A medical expert will determine the cause of death.

Elena's friends and family are heartbroken due to the tragedy. They opened a page on the site GoFundMe for collecting money and sending Elena's body to her homeland in Russia.
