US elections: it depends on Georgia, whose majority in the Senate will be, and we will not know the results soon
The race for the Senate elections in Georgia is likely to go to the second round. On December 6, a new election will be held between Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock and Republican candidate Herschel Walker, reports CNN.
Neither candidate cleared the 50 percent barrier to win the November 8 race. Control of the Senate will depend on the results of the second round in Georgia. According to preliminary data, Democrats and Republicans have now won an equal number of seats, and the party affiliation of the Georgia senator will determine whose majority in the upper house of the US Congress will be.

Georgia is one of the so-called purple states - the number of Democrats and Republicans among voters here is approximately equal. Therefore, results are more difficult to predict than in “blue” or “red” regions.
In a brief speech on the evening of November 8, Republican Walker asked supporters gathered in the lobby of the hotel to "hold out there a little longer."
"I'm telling you right now, I didn't come here to lose," Walker said.
Warnock has yet to address the people at his headquarters since the election. But on the evening of November 7, he joked about a potential runoff.
"But I think there's a bipartisan agreement that we'd like to keep politics and Thanksgiving out of the mix," Warnock said.
Both candidates are expected to speak later on November 9, aides said, and concrete plans are still in the pipeline.

- During the conversation, the tape of which was obtained by NBC News, Trump asked Raffensperger to "find" enough votes to strip President-elect Joe Biden victory in the state.
- Trump was very outraged by the result of the recount and believed that there was a place for falsification.
