Various cars with life-threatening malfunctions are recalled in the USA: see if your car is on the list

Cadillac
Cadillac, owned by General Motors, sends notifications to specific vehicle owners about a fuel tank bypass valve that could fail in a rollover crash. Doing so may cause fuel to leak, presenting a serious fire hazard.

Ford
Unfortunately, Ford is no stranger to reviews. This time the company is recalling six models for different reasons.
In the first notice, the 2022 Bronco and Ranger models have a windshield mount issue. This can cause the windshield to pop out during an accident.
In addition, some 150 F-2022 BEV models with 20-inch or 22-inch all-season tires have tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) issues. The problem is that the light may not come on when needed without alerting you to low tire pressure.

The following recall notice applies to select 2022 Lincoln Aviator and Ford Explorer vehicles. Inspections showed that some of the engine racks were not properly heat treated.
Finally, Ford is recalling all Escape, Maverick and Corsair models produced between 2020 and 2022 with a 2,5-liter hybrid engine due to a fire hazard under the hood. When the engine fails, the engine oil and fuel can ignite.

Honda
Honda is recalling some 1800-2020 GL2022 Gold Wing motorcycles with a manual transmission. There is an issue with the ignition timing software that can cause the engine control unit (ECU) to reduce engine performance and possibly stall.

Hyundai
In one of the more serious recalls, some 2020-2022 Venues had problems with driver or passenger side seat belt pretensioners. If they collide, they can explode on deployment, causing additional injury.
Hyundai is recalling select 2017-2018 Ioniq HEV and Ionic PHV vehicles for the second time. The power relay assembly (PRA) may overheat under the rear seats.

Kia
If you drive a 2021-2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid or 2022 Sorento Plug-in Hybrid, you should have it checked with a dealer. This is because they suffer from the same driver or passenger side pretensioner problems as Hyundai.

Lincoln
The Ford-owned company is recalling some 2022 Lincoln Navigator vehicles due to an issue with the headlight control module software. This can lead to failure of the side marker lights and daytime running lights.

Nissan
Nearly 200 Frontier and Titan vehicles produced between 000 and 2020 may have transmission issues. It may not operate when the vehicle is in park mode, causing the vehicle to roll.

As part of a separate recall, Nissan is recalling over 300 000-2013 Pathfinder vehicles where the optional hood latch may malfunction and remain in the unlocked, loose position when the hood is closed.
Toyota
Rounding out the recall list are some 2022 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles. Toyota is recalling these vehicles because the flange nuts on the rear axle can become loose and sometimes fall off. When this happens, it can lead to separation from the axle housing.
