In early March, a powerful tornado from Alabama hit the town of Waverly Hall, Georgia.
Local resident Matt Gillespie used a drone to film the aftermath of the disaster. To his surprise, the American discovered that one of the houses in the village was in the very epicenter of the tornado, but was able to survive, writes “Columnist«.
According to The Weather Channel, the category of elements that reached Waverly Hall was rated as EF2 (wind speed 178-217 km / h). This is enough to tear off the roofs of even well-built buildings. It is noteworthy that the trees around the surviving house are completely felled and other houses destroyed.
Recall that at least 23 person perished and dozens more were injured after Sunday, 3 in March, two powerful tornadoes swept through the eastern part of Alabama.
