In the center of New York, a small alligator was caught crossing the road. It happened in the Manhattan area. An alligator was noticed by passersby and called the service for catching stray animals and the police.

Police officer Chris Morello, who came to the call, said that the alligator was small. The length of his body is only about a meter. He was not afraid of people, but he looked very angry. Alligator stubbornly tried to cross the road and almost got hit by a car.

Veterinarian Sean Casey from the Animal Trapping Service determined his age: one to two years; the specialist also claims that the alligator was home first, but then someone threw it away. When they are small and only fifteen centimeters long, they look very cute. But people do not think about what to do with such a pet when he grows up. This is not the first time that grown-up alligators are thrown into the street.
