Kazakhstan to open mare's milk processing plant
In Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region by the end of August, they will open a factory for the processing of mare's milk. This unique enterprise will be the only one in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). In Europe, there are forty such plants, but Kazakhstan will be the largest in the world.
Five hundred mares have already been delivered to the plant, animals are being adapted. Also installed all the necessary equipment. They plan to produce fifteen tons of powdered mare's milk a year.
Mare's milk loses all of its unique properties in twenty minutes. Therefore, Kazakhstani specialists have developed a technology for creating powdered milk, which will retain all the useful substances.
The composition of mare's milk is very similar to female milk. It rejuvenates the body, removes toxins and reduces the risk of cancer. In the future, they plan to establish the production of baby food, creams and soap from mare's milk.
