In Chicago, a guy cut off the manhood of his girlfriend's lover

In Chicago, the court set a bail of $ 1 million for 28-year-old Justin Foster, who cut off the penis of his girlfriend's new boyfriend, writes Miami Herald.

Foster was arrested in Tallahassee at the end of last month and accused of attempted murder, and on September 20 he was taken to Cook County, where he was charged.

It is reported that Foster flew from Atlanta to Chicago, rented a car and drove to Des Plains. There, on the street, he faced an 26-year-old victim. He hit the man on the head, then cut his initials on his foot and cut off his genitals. Having outraged his wife's lover, Foster left him in a pool of blood, and the severed penis threw over the fence. Then he returned to the airport and flew to Georgia.

The victim survived. He was summoned by a passer-by 911.
