One of the best US universities offers free tuition for Ukrainians.
Stanford University invites talented Ukrainians to a free 10-month course on the Ukrainian Emerging Leaders Program (UELP) for the 2019-2020 academic year.

The program was founded in 2016 by the Center for Democracy, Development and Rule of Law at Stanford Institute Freeman Spogli, along with Alexander and Katerina Akkimenko as an initiative to support the development of Ukraine, says university site.
UELP provides a unique opportunity for three Ukrainians working in the field of politics, law, entrepreneurship, as well as in public organizations, to attend one of the world's leading research universities during one academic year.
The goal of the program is to strengthen the leadership skills and academic base of the fellows. Program participants will have the opportunity to develop through mentoring teachers, engaging in communities, attending courses, events, as well as the offices of Silicon Valley technology companies.
The selection of participants takes place in several stages. The first one is to fill in an online application form, which can be found by link. It must be completed before 18 January 2019.
Participants selected for the second stage will be notified in mid-February. They will be asked to provide a project that they would like to develop during their studies, three letters of recommendation, as well as a video presentation. After that, some applicants may be invited for an interview. The selection will be completed in May 2019.
