Companies in the United States are switching to daily wages

Среди плюсов подобного метода — возможность тратить деньги при необходимости, не дожидаясь аванса или зарплаты, кроме того, нет опасности остаться на мели. Основным минусом является то, что становится сложнее откладывать деньги.

Representatives of the Millennial generation arrange daily payments, because most of them live according to the “here and now” principle: they communicate online, do not order a taxi in advance, do without large purchases.

This form of payment was made possible thanks to a startup. Instant Financial, designed by Steve Barha. His company has developed an application that allows employees to check the balance daily and withdraw up to half the amount earned per day. This can be done within an hour after the end of the shift.

The application has already been used by 50 companies and about 150 000 of their subordinates. On average, by the end of the day they have 27 dollars in their account.
