Amazon Alexa Voice Assistant Will Have Sex

Amazon Alexa’s voice assistant can soon be used to control the Lovense series of sex toys, giving users more opportunities and new sensations in the intimate sphere, writes New York Post.

Lovense toys can already be controlled remotely using a special application, but now they can be activated by Alexa voice commands. This option will appear after leaving the next update for Alexa.

You can say, “Alexa, make me smile with Hush,” and the smart toy will begin to vibrate - even if it is located a few kilometers from the Amazon Echo column.

Or you can say, “Alexa, please please my partner with Lush,” and your partner will receive an unexpected surprise from the sex toy that is with them.

“The orgasms we experience may feel the same, but the ways in which we achieve them are becoming increasingly diverse,” explained a Lovense spokesperson.

The company says that the updated toys will help "to overcome the lack of intimacy that people experience in a relationship while being at a distance."

In addition, those who already have Lovense toys do not need to shell out for a new gadget, since Alexa will be able to control old toys as well, and not just acquired after the upgrade.

“We update the application regularly. Anyone who has Lovense toys and the Lovense Remote app will be able to update the app and take advantage of the new feature,” the company said.

The Alexa assistant can be asked to turn on the toys or change the intensity of the vibrations. He can be asked to make you "smile", "moan" or "scream." Over time, the helper functionality will become smarter.

Lovense is working to train the voice assistant to set a schedule for toys to vibrate at a certain time, and to synchronize the toy with the Spotify account, forcing it to work along with the music.

A spokesman for Lovense said a new feature might appear in about four weeks, but the exact launch date is not yet known.
