'I decided to settle everything in my own way': in Nevada, the landlord shot tenants for non-payment
A homeowner in Las Vegas, Nevada, began shooting at three tenants after a dispute over late rent. He told the police that he did not want to go through the eviction procedure and decided to settle everything "his own way." Writes about it NBC New York.
Arnoldo Lozano-Sanchez "stated that the victims weren't paying rent, and he was definitely upset about that," Chief Deputy District Attorney Tim Fattig said.
The prosecutor found out that there was another occupant in the house at the time of the shooting, a man, but he was not shot. His name has not been disclosed.

This witness described to the police how Lozano Sánchez entered the bedroom, shot a woman pleading for her life, and fired 9 shots at the man, while another woman tried to flee.
“He also saw the defendant leaving the bedroom smiling,” the prosecutor noted.
The judge ruled that 78-year-old Lozano-Sanchez will remain in prison without bail on charges of murder and attempted murder until the next trial.
