In Ukraine, unemployment has increased

The unemployment rate in Ukraine in January rose to 2% from 1,9% as of the beginning of 2015 of the year, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine said.

According to the report, in absolute terms, the number of unemployed in Ukraine in January amounted to 525 thousand, of whom 415 thousand receive unemployment benefits. At the same time, the average amount of benefits increased by 20 UAH compared to the beginning of the year - to 1252 UAH. The competition for one vacancy dropped to 13 people versus 15 people as of 1 January 2015.
