In the US, write the total dictation

Russian-speaking residents and guests of the United States will be able to take part in the action to test literacy Total dictation 14 April. Venues will be open in 19 cities.

Members of the free promotion Total dictation at the same time will begin to write the text dictation. After that they will hand over works which will be checked up by local philologists. Participants will sign works with pseudonyms, so neither the reviewers nor the organizers will know the names of the authors.

Within four days after the dictation, estimates will be published on the official website Total dictation.

Participants can be both native speakers and learners of it; both adults and children.

The organizers will provide pens, paper.

According to one of the organizers Total dictation in the USA by Julia Parade, on Total dictation Participants check for free how well they know Russian.

Last year, worldwide dictation wrote 200 thousands of participants.
