Russia says it has a special weapon 'capable of destroying the US'

The Russian Security Council said that Russia has a unique weapon capable of destroying even the United States, reports Yahoo.

This was written by the Russian pro-Kremlin media RIA Novosti and TASS with reference to the Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev.

“Russia has a unique weapon capable of destroying any enemy, primarily the United States, in the event of a threat to Russia’s existence,” Patrushev said.

He also added that "the confidence of American politicians that Russia will not be able to respond to a US preemptive strike is short-sighted and dangerous stupidity."

Patrushev said that after the collapse of the USSR, Russia allegedly "corrected its mistakes" and now "can contribute to both internal stability and protection from external dangers."

He also claimed that the US is trying to "suppress" Russia, and then allegedly go over to China.

He traditionally repeated that “the West has seriously miscalculated, hoping for the collapse of the Russian economy and the population protesting against the sanctions,” and that Russia supposedly “keeps calm” under the pressure of sanctions.

It should be reminded that on March 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Moscow and Minsk had reached an agreement on the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus. The vault should be ready by July.
