In the New York subway men will be fined for widely spread legs

The problem of personal space (space issue) has long become relevant for residents of the Big Apple. “Photo blogs” like “Your balls are not that big” are gaining popularity on the Internet, the authors of which publish photographs of men sitting in the subway with their legs spread wide.

Oddly enough, such forms of civil protest did not go unnoticed by the New York authorities. They introduced a new law according to which “violators of personal space” will be fined. The size of these fines, however, has not yet been announced, but it is known that the first lovers of lounging on seats in the subway have already been punished.

Police arrested two Latinos from Brooklyn, charging them with “disrespectful sitting.” The men appeared in court where they were told that if they violated someone else's privacy again, they would be fined heavily.
