Motorboat crashes into house in Missouri, injuring 8
In Missouri, a 2014 Nortech motorboat crashed into a house on the shores of Lake of the Ozarks. Eight people were injured in the accident New York Post.

The incident occurred late in the evening on July 22 at around 23:55. Authorities said the boat driver was believed to have been intoxicated.
A boat with three outboard motors first ran aground, then crashed into a house and capsized. The occupants of the boat were thrown overboard by the impact.
Affected passengers are between 21 and 51 years old.

Six of them were seriously injured, including the driver, a 47-year-old man. According to the police report, two others received moderate injuries.
They were all taken by ambulance to Lake District Hospital.

Police noted that none of the victims were wearing life jackets or other safety equipment at the time of the accident.
Boat driver Adam Ramirez of Huntington Beach, California was arrested and charged with operating a boat while intoxicated, according to an arrest report.
Footage from the scene shows the mangled boat lying upside down near the shore of the lake. A few meters away is the back terrace of the house and one of its walls. This part of the house appears to be heavily damaged.
The boat was loaded onto a trailer and taken away on July 23 in the evening.
