The TV version of the concert of the group “Okean Elzy” received an award in the USA
The television version of the concert of the group “Okean Elzy”, which was broadcast live for 3,5 hours on the “1 + 1” TV channel on August 24, 2014, received the “Silver Screen” award at the American film festival “US International Film & Video Festival”. In total, more than 1000 applications from 34 countries were submitted to the festival.
For the first time in the history of Ukrainian TV, the track list for the concert was compiled by viewers using preliminary voting on the website of the TV channel “1 + 1”. One of the most impressive moments of the television version of the concert was the performance of the Ukrainian anthem by the Okean Elzy group together with the forty thousand audience of the Lviv Arena.
US International Film & Video Festival was founded in 1967 and is one of the leading international events. The festival rewards the best in documentaries, television series and entertainment programs.
