North Korea recognized the Russian Crimea

In Pyongyang, a new atlas of the world was published, in which Crimea is designated by Russian territory. This is what the Russian Embassy in the DPRK writes on its page in Facebook.
“The Scientific Encyclopedia Publishing House (DPRK) has released a new political Atlas of the World. We noticed that the Crimean peninsula (pp. 240-242) is already painted in Russian colors. As the DPRK Foreign Ministry explained to us, the Republic respects the results of the referendum held in Crimea on the peninsula’s entry into the Russian Federation, considers its results legitimate and fully consistent with international legal norms,” the message says.

The authorities of the Crimea and Sevastopol 16 March 2014 held a referendum on the issue of "reunification with Russia", not recognized neither Ukraine nor the international community, who call the events that followed the annexation of the Ukrainian territory.
The agreement on the “acceptance of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol into the Russian Federation” was signed by President Vladimir Putin 18 March, that is, two days after the referendum.
In October of this year, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine intends to demand from Russia at least a trillion dollars for the annexed Crimea and the destroyed Donbass.
In the summer of the "Forum" correspondent talked to the residents of the Crimea on the United States and their relationship to Americans in general. Most Crimeans did not hide their negative attitude towards America.
As Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland, Washington said earlier will not refuse sanctions in relation to Russia as long as the Crimea will not be returned to Ukraine.
