Pornstar of Ukrainian origin filed a lawsuit for $ 5 million for rape on set in California

Canadian of Ukrainian origin Alla Monchak, known in the porn industry under the pseudonym Nikki Benz, accused the director of the well-known porn studio Brazzers of brutal sexual abuse.

Nikki Benz demands compensation for moral damages in the amount of 5 million dollars from the company Mindgeekwhich is the founder of Canadian Porn Studio Brazzers.

According to the woman, she was raped in December 2016, when she took part in the filming of the 45-minute video with sadomasochistic anal sex. The actress claims that she was attacked by porn actor and partner Ramon Nomar, as well as director Tony T.

Nikki claims that she was severely beaten on the head, in particular on the face, and on breast implants. The porn star even started bleeding, but the shooting was not stopped.

In addition, the woman was tortured with water. The actress was gagged with her underwear, after which they began to pour water on her face, so that she choked. Pornstar said that Tony T. personally choked with her hands.

Benz stressed that the tortures to which she was subjected were not spelled out in the script. The actress attached to the suit photo and video materials confirming her words.

After the shooting, the porn star said that she would no longer work with Tony T., however, after the director’s threats to withhold her fee, Nikki was forced to back out. She also said on camera that she liked sex, although she had said the opposite before.

The leadership of pornography promptly responded to the allegations. 20 December 2016 of the year Brazzers stated that the choice of scenes is at the discretion of the director. However, the studio stressed that they oppose any form of sexual violence and bullying on the set.

These explanations of Benz did not satisfy, therefore 22 December 2016 of the year Brazzers reported the termination of the contract with the director, accused of rape.

12 January 2017, the alleged rapists Nomar and Tony T. filed a lawsuit against Benz, accusing her of defamation. However, their application will be considered only after the court examines the claim of the porn star.

Alla Monchak (Nikki Benz) was born December 11 1981, in Mariupol (Ukraine). At the age of seven, the girl emigrated with her parents from the Soviet Union to Canada. As a teenager, Alla began to pursue a modeling career.

In 2004, Nikki Benz moved to Los Angeles to make a career in Hollywood, she starred in hundreds of porn movies. As a model, Benz took part in the shooting for many famous magazines, in particular Penthouse and Hustler.

In May, 2014 of the year that nominated her candidacy for the post of mayor of Toronto, however, the actress was removed from the election due to an overdue driver's license.
