Shootout in the state of New York - two dead
Two people died and five were injured in the shooting in the US city of Rochester, New York, USA Today reports.
The incident occurred near the building of the youth public organization Boys and Girls Club. According to local police, the attackers fired from a passing car.
The motives of the criminals, as well as the identity of the dead are being investigated.
In June in Philadelphia, an unknown shooter wounded seven passersby, including three children. It was not possible to detain the criminal without delay.
In late April, two people were killed in New York, where the funeral of an 39-year-old local gang member took place. Four more were injured. The incident occurred in the Brooklyn area when participants in the mourning event began to leave the church of Emmanuel Church of God. Presumably, three members of another criminal gang opened fire on the crowd from an SUV passing by.
