A man was deprived of US citizenship for harassment of a child

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers (ICE) in Dallas, Texas, deported a native of Nigeria and revoked his American citizenship after he was convicted of sexual activity against a 7-year-old child. He committed a crime before naturalization, the press service reports ICE.

61-year-old Emmanuel Olugbengio Omopariola was deported on May 24. From 18 on April 2018, he was in ICE prison in Dallas.

A man legally entered the US 25 March 1983 of the year on a non-immigrant student visa. 1 June 2004, he was naturalized as a US citizen.

He committed the crime in 2002, and before 2015, he denied all accusations. The court obliged him to five-year supervision by the community and registered on the list of sexual offenders. The man lived in Grand Prairie, Texas.
