And Melissa Roich (Bernadette) said that the shooting of the series became for her "the greatest event in life."

The Big Bang Theory has become the longest sitcom in history - the 12 series has been released over the 279 seasons.

The actors of the series became one of the highest paid on television, and in different years received such prestigious awards as Golden Globe and Emmy.

According to TVLine, after the final episode, a special episode will be released titled “Titled Unraveling the Mystery: A Big Bang Farewell”, which will tell about the behind-the-scenes life of the sitcom. The hosts of this series will be screen spouses Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galeki, who also met in real life. They will "hold" the audience at the filming locations of the series, look into every corner of Sheldon and Leonard's apartment, show repetitions of the most interesting moments and interview the creators of the project.

One day with The Big Bang Theory ends the second season of her spin-off The Sheldon Childhood. Released in 2016, the series talks about 9-year-old Sheldon Cooper, who began studying at Medford High School in East Texas.

Parsons became one of the executive producers of the spin-off, and also acted as narrator narration. It was he who offered the producers of "Theory" to tell about the childhood of his hero in the new series, which has already been extended for the third and fourth seasons.

Earlier it was reported that the 21 episode of the final 12 season of The Big Bang Theory, called the "Splitting of Plagiarism", by the number of views, bypassed all other TV shows on American television. On the CBS channel, the sitcom watched 12,5 million viewers, which is 700 thousand more than the fourth episode of the final season of the Game of Thrones, the Associated Press reported.
