A woman was beaten in the subway in New York for noticing a fellow traveler

37-year-old Sam Saye was beaten up in the New York subway by 56-year-old Derek Smith from Brooklyn after making a remark to him.

The girl asked the man who was standing next to her on the subway, not to spread her legs so wide and not to cuddle up to her, reports Daily Mail.

In response to this request, Smith hit her in the face. According to Saya, the man smashed her lip with his fist, then hit his head against the wall of the car.

After that, another passenger intervened in the conflict, he pushed the attacker out of the car at the nearest station, the same woman turned to the police, and they immediately detained Smith, the court appointed him a bail of $ 5 000.

Conflict video managed to remove another passenger who was riding in the car.

However, the unpleasant story did not end there for the woman. Due to the fact that Smith is black, many people called her a racist. She receives threats and insults on social networks.
